Can I create my own gift hamper, basket or box?

Yes, of course you can. You can add to an existing package or make up your own from our products individually listed in the Gift Shop. Complete order form email or fax us for quotation on final package.

Will my personal details be forwarded to other parties?

No. Your personal details that you have supplied to us are in full confidence, will not be passed on or sold to other parties.

Does the price include GST?

Yes. All our prices include GST and are quoted in Aus $’s. When needing a quote the end price will be the final figure GST inclusive.

What If no one is home when the gift is delivered?

This will be up to the delivery company on whether they will leave it there or not. They will leave a note in your door or letter box letting you know they have called and to make other arrangements with them for further delivery. If there is another cost involved then it is up to the receiver to pay the courier company there end. We are not responsible for any loss or damage once leaving our premises.

Do you offer discounts?

We will be having specials on some products from time to time so keep an eye out for those. For a bulk order of several items delivered to the same address, we can do some sort of deal with you. This can be discussed on the ordering of your products.

Which natural soaps contain only pure essential oils?

Sandalwood & cedar, Mandarin, Vanilla bean, Lemon & cucumber, and Sorbolene & Glycerin all contain essential oils only.  Tasmanian Lavender, Rose Petal & Glycerine, all contain essential oils combined with fragrance. All the fragrance used are cosmetic grade and meet stringent world standards.

Which ones are recommended for sensitive skin?

All should be ok. However any soap or toiletry product should firstly be spot tested on the skin for a few days.

 How Do I paid?

You can pay by direct deposit, cheque, money order. When we receive your order and we have worked out the freight for you, we will email you the final cost and details of the bank account if needed.  Order will not be dispatched until cheque is cleared.  Paypal will be coming.

Are the prices on the items including freight?

No. This is worked out when we have the final order and invoiced to you on acceptance of order.  Look at our freight chargers for a guide line. If you are living in Esk or Toogoolawah will be freight free.

Can I come and pick my own products for gifts?

Yes. You are very welcome to come along and see what we have,choose what you would like and what container you would like to put it in and we will do the wrapping for you. You can deliver it yourself or we can do that for you.

Do you have a card service with you gifts?

Yes. We put a complimentry card with you gift with  your personal message if sending on to your recipent or we can leave it blank for you.

If I am sending more than one gift to the same address, do I pay more freight?

No. If sending more than one gift we will endevour to send on same freight as 1 item. e.g you have chosen 3 different gifts, we will try and put in larger box, or make order as 3 cartons. So each individual one won't be priced out seperately.  (This will depend on the freight company.)

How can I lay-by?

You pay a 10% or more deposit, ( depends on amount of order) then pay weekly installments into bank account. When paid for we will email or phone you to see when & where you would like it to be delivered. If you have several addresses for these to go you must let us know before hand so we can work out the freight costs for you to each address. You can choose 6 or 8 week payment plan, or if you purchase for christmas and have a big order, we will look at a longer payment plan for you. Money is not refunded if you do not finalise your payment by the due date or cancel. Cancellation can only be done with in 4 weeks of your order.

Do you do Gift Vouchers?

YES. We can send a Gift Voucher to  who you choose ( once its paid for). Then they can go on the wedsite or come in person to purchase their gift. NO money is refunded or change given  to the purchaser. If they spend more  than the voucher then the purchaser pays the difference.
