All information you give to us is strictly confidential. The information will not be used in any unauthorized way, nor will it be given or sold to any other parties. By using this site, placing an order with us or submitting a purchase order, you are indicating your acceptance of the following terms and conditions.

Rapt ‘N Gifts products are distinguished by their outstanding content and decorative or useable containers. The quality of your computer monitor will determine the quality of the resolution of images on the website and there can be no guarantee that packaging and colour seen on your screen are exact matches.

All associated images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs and written material appearing on the website are owned, controlled by or licensed to Rapt ‘N Gifts. These materials are subject to copyright and trademark law and their unauthorized use or reproduction is deemed a violation of law.

You may not reproduce, publish, transit or make any commercial use of the material on this site for any purpose.


Terms & Conditions

1. Gift Hampers (including alcohol) may only be purchased and delivered to persons over the age of 18.

2. In the event an item is not available we will replace that item with one of similar appearance and of equal or greater value.

3. For photographic purposes we may have used props in photographs. Unless an item is listed, it is not included in the hamper, basket or box.

4. All delivery requests are approximations only. While we endeavour to deliver by the date requested, this is not always possible due to unforeseen circumstances. You agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancel an order.

5. Orders will be not be dispatched until the payment is received in full and cleared by Rapt ‘N Gifts.

6. No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays.

7. All cancellations of gift orders must be done no later than 48 hours prior to delivery. We do not accept cancellations under any circumstances once the gift has left our premises.

8. All gifts and hampers are packaged with care and safety in mind to avoid damage or breakage. In the even a product is delivered damaged/faulty please inform Rapt ‘N Gifts within 24 hours of delivery. Rapt ‘N Gifts are more than happy to replace that item once it has been posted back to us and deemed faulty/damaged. This is at your cost. A replacement item will then be promptly posted back to the recipient at our cost.

9. Please enter all delivery details carefully. Inaccurate or miss spelt delivery information often results in delays of delivery. If an item had to be redirected to another address the re-delivery fee will be paid by the receiver of the item to the courier at the time.

10. It is your responsibility to inform Rapt ‘N Gifts immediately if an order has not arrived. We will then endeavour to track that order with our couriers or post and have it delivered as soon as possible.

11. We will not accept liability of any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place. This includes loss or damage resulting from delivery to unattended addresses whereby the sender has opted to have the gift left at the front/back door if no one is home.

12. Should you have any problems relating to your purchase, please contact us with 2 days of delivery or expected delivery of your hamper etc… At which time we will attempt to resolve you issue within a reasonable period of time.

While we endeavour to provide the most accurate, up to date information available, the directories and information on this site may be out of date or include omissions, in accuracies or other errors. This site and the materials there in are provided “AS IS”. We make no representations or warranties, either express or implied, of any kind, with respect to this site, its operations, contents, information or materials.
You agree that we or other representatives from other linked web sites shall not be liable for damages arising from the operation, content or use of this site. You agree that this limitation of liability is comprehensive and applies to all damages of any kind, including without limitation direct or indirect, compensatory, special, incidental, punitive and consequential damages, damages for loss of profits, revenue, data and use, incurred by you or any third party, whether in an action in contract or tort, arising from your access to, and use of this site or any other hyper linked web site.


Order Acceptance

Terms of payment shall be direct deposit on acceptance of final order. We reserve the right, without prior notification, to accept or decline your order or limit the order quantity for any reason. If Rap ‘N Gifts cancel an order after payment has been made, all monies will be refunded in full by direct deposit to your nominated account only.

PAYMENT METHOD:
You can pay by  money order, direct deposit , credit card (by phone or email) or cheque once cheque is cleared items will be sent.. If you choose to pay via bank transfer we will send you an email or contact you by phone containing our bank account details. We will commence processing your order as soon as we receive cleared funds into the account. We will reserve the order for 1 working day. If you require additional time to arrange payment and would like us to hold the order longer please  let us know using our email.

Prices, Shipping and Handling Chargers
Shipping and handling will be given  on completion of  order. This price is dependent on local Australian Market and is based on weight by postage or freight.


Product Availability

Occasionally our suppliers may change their stock according to seasonal or discontinued lines, packaging and availability. We reserve the right to substitute products that are affected in this way with a product of equal or greater value. We will take care in ensuring that the substitution will exceed your expectations. We reserve the right, with out liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.


Delivery Terms

Our deliveries are made to you via reputable couriers or Australia post. Whilst we endeavour to deliver your gift box promptly, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances, such as theft or damage or a parcel not arriving at a certain time or place.
Due to the nature of some of the products contained in our gift boxes, we reserve the right not to ship gift boxes out of our premises after 11am on a Friday unless local.
We want to ensure that the gift boxes arrive to you in optimum condition, and this cannot be guaranteed if gift boxes are dispatched later than 11am on Fridays.

Returns/Refunds Policy

Rapt ‘N Gifts does not accept responsibility for a gift once it has left our premises, however, if a gift arrives excessively damaged or a product is faulty, Rapt ‘N Gifts will asses the situation for replacement based on a case by case situation.


Cancellation or Changes of Orders

Changes to orders can be made up to 24 hours prior to dispatch.
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed, paid for or shipped.
